IT Engineer
Linby, Leeds or Manchester
Role and responsibilities:
- Provide first-line and second-line support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with problem resolution.
- Perform assigned system maintenance tasks, including software updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Contribute to the maintenance of the company’s network and wireless network infrastructure.
- Create and update technical documentation, including user guides, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures
- Work closely with the IT team to contribute to ongoing projects and gain exposure to a variety of IT disciplines.
- Contribute to the ongoing protection of the IT infrastructure from security threats.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and stay current with industry trends.
Skills required:
- Admin level experience with Microsoft Products including Windows 11, the full 365 suite, and Azure services
- Previous experience with Meraki hardware and software is preferred
- Understanding of Android and iOS
- Previous experience with Microsoft Intune is preferred
- Full valid driver’s licence
