IT Engineer

Role and responsibilities:

• Provide first-line and second-line support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with problem resolution.
• Perform assigned system maintenance tasks, including software updates, patches, and security configurations.
• Contribute to the maintenance of the company’s network and wireless network infrastructure.
• Create and update technical documentation, including user guides, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures
• Work closely with the IT team to contribute to ongoing projects and gain exposure to a variety of IT disciplines.
• Contribute to the ongoing protection of the IT infrastructure from security threats.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and stay current with industry trends.

Skills required:

• Admin level experience with Microsoft Products including Windows 11, the full 365 suite, and Azure services
• Previous experience with Meraki hardware and software is preferred
• Understanding of Android and iOS
• Previous experience with Microsoft Intune is preferred
• Full valid driver’s licence
