QTS Group has been awarded the Gold Employer Recognition Scheme Award from the Armed Forces Covenant for their dedication to supporting service leavers.
This recognition comes just one year after the company received their silver award. The Gold status is the highest award given to organisations that employ and support Reservists, service leavers, Cadet Force Adult Volunteers and their families. QTS is among 14 organisations to have received the award.
As a Gold Award winner, QTS has committed to further supporting Defence through services, policy and projects and gone above and beyond with its support. This has been achieved through engaging with initiatives such as employing service leavers, supporting individuals transitioning out of the Armed Forces into a new career and providing flexibility for Reservists.
”We are delighted to be awarded the Armed Forces Covenant Gold status. We’ve worked hard over the last four years to support the ex-forces community and their families to provide relevant work experience and sustainable employment to those keen to join our industry.

We’ve met so many inspiring and dedicated individuals throughout this experience and we’re now pleased to welcome them into the QTS family.
We will continue to support veterans and the ex- forces by being a preferred employer who respects and understands the skills and ethic they bring to our business.
”I would like to thank the nearly 200 organisations that have been recognised with a gold award this year. Their continued support ensures that our Armed Forces Community are given opportunities needed to flourish.
